Job Description
As a Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, you will have to provide direction, guidelines and support on all visual merchandising issues on a regional basis. You will need to plan and execute all visual merchandising activities and ensure excellent and attractive shop window and internal display, matching with specific brand name’s style, colour theme and promotion strategy of the season. Also, you will have to monitor the budget and plan projects ensuring that they are implemented according to the agreed parameters and standards. Lastly, you will need to train staff in dressing, shop display, lighting and production and oversee all visual merchandising activities for regional operations.
• Degree holder in design, visual merchandising, fashion or equivalent
• Min 8-10 years relevant experience in VM & display in retail industry, at least 3 years at managerial level
• Strong at in-store merchandise display & decoration, knowledge of production & material application
• Strong fashion sense, open-minded, dynamic, innovative and deadline-oriented
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator, familiar with MAC a definite advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
• Willing to travel
