A highly established Financial Services firm have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Training & Competence Manager based in the South East (Could also be based from a range of offices in the South East).

The Role
The main purpose of the role will be to act as the dedicated Business Partner for all training, development and competency standards, policies and processes within designated region. You will be expected to formulate and agree a training plan for each individual/ office/function based on competency level for each role, ensuring that needs for each role and level of experience are addressed in conjunction with other T&C areas and solutions.
Main duties will include:

*For trainees within your region working with other RTCMs and other areas of T&C. Formulate and agree a training plan based on competency level for each individual including the trainee Investment Managers.
*Delivering specific training for the region where appropriate, such as Induction Training, and provide feedback and coaching to Business Partners in client facing roles, based on observation and competency assessment.
