Regional Support Leader - Area Manager - Regional Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Support Leader to support the Scotland and North East area. Supporting the stores and development of the region, you'll be responsible for your own territory encompassing approximately twelve stores.

You will train, coach, develop and identify opportunities to maximise lead generation. We're looking for previous sales or retail management experience preferably within a regional role.

You will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to motivate self and others.

You must be able to achieve targets and react decisively to change. With strong interpersonal skills, you'll get the best out of your team with a flexible yet firm approach. The role would be covering the areas below:

Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Middlesborough, Newcastle, Tillicoultry and Gateshead.

The ideal candidate will reside within this allocated region.
