Job Description
Based in Dubai this individual will drive the upscale and education of professional sales force capabilities in the MENA region.
This role will deal with HCP's in the region to lay the foundation for growth of OTC products. You will drive and manage key SFE initiatives, ensure implementation of integrity selling and spearhead the tender strategy. You will work with Sales Managers/Supervisors, Marketing Managers, Commercial Managers, Distributors across the region to facilitate professional education.
Person Specification
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic person with sales & marketing professional experience within OTC / CHC sector, who has worked with Doctors and HCP's. Suitable candidates will have around 7 - 8 years relevant experience. You will be required to travel regularly within the region, especially to Saudi.
Arabic is essential, and an MBA degree is an added bonus.
