Regional Sales Manager - Luxury Joinery products

Salary - £40 - £45K basic
Bonuses - £10 - £15K in addition to basic OTE c£60K
Benefits - Company Car, laptop, mobile phone, pension after qualifying period, 23 days holiday rising to 25 days
Area - Midlands and SW UK

THE COMPANY:

This new role has been created within this very successful, renowned and respected luxury joinery distributor and manufacturer.
They are recruiting as a result of growth and you will be selling in a mainly new business capacity to architects, interior designers and high net worth individuals. This expanding organisation is renowned for the quality of their products and service as well as their range of both traditional and contemporary products.

THE PERSON: You will have the following skills;

* Specification sales experience into architects and interior designers
* You will have joinery sector experience
* You will have expertise and gravitas and be able to further develop successful relationships with clients
* You will be highly professional energetic and enthusiastic sales person with a polished, consultative sales approach
* You will have the ability to sell to a variety of customer type
* You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with exemplary grammar, spelling and punctuation

THE ROLE:

You will be working within a small team of regional sales managers reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, covering a large area across central UK into the South West.
You will be selling into architects, interior designers, construction companies and high net worth individuals a range of contemporary and traditional timber windows and French doors. Projects supplied have included listed buildings, conservations areas and other prestigious projects.
