Reporting to Company Sales Director, you will be accountable for overall for Branch Sales.
The purpose of the role is to lead and motivate the branch teams in delivering all Key Performance Indicators related to sales. To be measured through the Branch Performance Steering Wheel for the Group. Key Achievement Areas will be
People:
1. To ensure that the Branch Manager & his team share our vision for branch sales whilst setting & reviewing clear objectives for the Branch Managers to achieve it.
2. To coach and support the team by working on a one to one basis where appropriate improving branch sales capability.
3. To take the Accountability for the effective management of all Branches sales whilst training and developing the team.
Customer:
4. Ensure that all branch premises and staff give a positive and professional image to our visitors and customers.
5. Lead and motivate all members of the Branch team to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to all customers on a consistent basis.
6. To Ensure all customer complaints are resolved by the Branch Manager effectively, promptly and to a successful conclusion.
Finance:
7. To deliver or exceed the agreed sales targets whilst maximising branch profitability for the Group.
8. To review all Key Performance Indicators related to sales on an ongoing and regular basis.
9. To ensure that quality & specific Next Steps are in place with the Branch Manager to action & move forward any sales related Key Performance Indicators that are off line.
Operations:
10. To ensure that all administration & system procedures are adhered to by all members of the Branch team via the Branch Manager and at Group level.
11. To identify and implement systems and procedures to help drive the sales business forward on an ongoing basis.
12. To ensure that the overall company business plans objectives are met or exceeded.
