A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this established and expanding travel company as a regional sales manager based in the Cottswolds area. You will be looking after a portfolio of travel accommodation as well as looking for new accommodation to add to the companies portfolio. They will pay £20,295 basic + performance related bonus of between 2/10k uncapped, car and other fantastic benefits.The successful candidate who must have field sales experience preferably from the travel industry/estate agency etc.
Regional sales managers duties
-To actively pursue all leads generated to achieve property portfolio requirements in line with company targets
-To maintain regular contact and support for owners in order to help maximise retention levels
-To maintain a level of visits to existing and potential owners that meets the company standards
-To carry out grading and safety assessment visits
-Report writing
-To be commercially aware of the key factors contributing to the companys profitability
skills required
-Direct field sales experience preferably within the travel industry/Estate agent or another field-Be able to work independently
-PC literate
-Time management
-Negotiating skills
Additional information
-20295 + comm between £2000 to £10000 uncapped + car-20 days holidays,excellent sick pay,travel insurance, 3 three week holidays(accommodation only), bupa, childcare vouchers
