Our client is a global premium retail group within the fashion industry. They are now aggressively expanding in the HK and Asia market and hence looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their APAC team.

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Directly reported to Managing Manager, generated and maximised the sales in the regional business
• Managed all sales function and led product team, marketing team and planning team to hit the whole year target ultimately
• Maintain and improve the operation of sales network: evaluate and authorize franchisees, be responsible for new important POS selection and negotiation
• Met with Asia Pacific distributors regularly to evaluate sales performance by each country and listen their real needs
• Developed and accessed new candidate of each country to explore future development
• Country visit for store visit and provide product training to local staff and salesmen
• Lead franchise sales team to explore, manage, train and support the franchise business, evaluate and control the operation of business network, make adjustment when necessary, improve the brand image from all relevant sections
• Coached and shared to other department staff to have knowledge and experience of the markets experience
• Forecasted whole year budget, sales forecast and analysis, performed inventory control management
Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant wholesale/franchise experience in apparel industry/ fashion brand from mass market preferably with regional experience, especially familiar with Japan market
• Strong network with key accounts and wholesale partners.
• Some travel retail knowledge preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence in a fast-paced, matrix, multi-cultural environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Our Client offers an attractive remuneration package of up to HKD 65 000 monthly
