Regional Sales Executive - South East

To identify and develop new business and manage existing customer portfolios within the south eastern regionof the UKin order to increase sales and maximize profitability.

Proactively seeking to develop opportunities within the local business fleet and Insurance sector

Dealing with Local Business/Fleet/Insurance Customers

To self generate, develop and manage new business opportunities

Manage a portfolio of existing customers to maximize sales/profit opportunities

Effectively manage prospect relationships, negotiating new partner contracts and ensuring that contracts are in place where required

Support all existing sales channels

Assist in debt management

Support network operations in successful fulfillment of customer requirements

Maintain relationships with the key influencers and decision makers within Fleet Customers/Insurers/Brokers and effectively develop these relationships at all appropriate levels

Analyze customer business trends and communicate forecasts internally

Identify customer service delivery requirements and ensure the effective delivery of Auto

Deliver year on year CSI improvements

Review the financial and operational performance of the business with the customer and investigate required changes in order to achieve account profitability targets

Communicate effectively with the customer ensuring information is communicated both to and from the customer in a timely and relevant way

Manage a successful communication flow between all internal, group and external parties to exceed customer satisfaction

To attend and participate in team meetings to review and enhance the performance of the department
