This is a truly fantastic opportunity for an experienced and inspirational multi-site retail professional to take control of a geo-graphical area of around 14 high complexity stores.

As a Regional Manager with Dixons Retail you will be passionate about our customers and technology, and if you can combine this with your business acumen then the possibilities for you within Dixons Retail are endless.

But of course to take on such a challenge, you’ll need great credentials to thrive in one of Europe’s leading specialist electrical retailers whose brands include PC World, Curry’s, and Dixons Travel.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Can demonstrate a commitment to achieving the strategic goals.
• Are able to coach and develop their teams to achieve great results.
• Have excellent people management skills with the ability to engage with business partners at all levels.
• Are dynamic, high achievers with a track record of high individual performance; with a real desire to win.

Ideal candidate location is in the Andover/Winchester area

Salary: £65,000 plus bonuses & benefits.
