Salary: OTE 65k + Car/Allowance and benefits

Full Time: To have a flexible working pattern to reflect the hours that the branches within your region are open. This includes Saturday mornings as and when required.

Location: Retail Operations (Sales) West Midlands

Job Role

Effectively driving the business forward on every level, through highly effective Management, support and development, you'll take ownership of a team of Branch Management. As a Regional Manager you will take full responsibility for monitoring and driving operational business performance and control standards within your region. You will be instrumental in ensuring sales opportunities are maximising and that income levels are achieved.

You will drive a strong TCF culture within your team that focuses on delivering an outstanding overall customer experience. Your delivery will also focus on protecting our business from risk and providing high profile leadership to your frontline team, using a hands-on approach to deliver business results. You will be responsible for embedding the organisation's vision and values within the network and the performance management process.

An expectation of the role is to work a number of Saturday mornings as and when required.

Our Client is looking for someone who can demonstrate a track record in a multi site management capacity within the Financial Services Industry, with a good understanding of the bancassurance models and the dynamics of working in a branch environment. You will have proven sales management skills with an ability to demonstrate a high degree of successful sales management skills via multi site distribution model, with the ability to use these skills in training and coaching with a thorough understanding of all compliance and regulatory requirements.
