As an influential Area or Regional Manager who’s able to inspire, engage and develop a team within a multi-channel environment, you’ll help us to deliver a consistently brilliant shopping experience to every customer, every time.
As a key part of our Retail team, you’ll help us grow a commercially sound, cost effective and compliant business that places customers at the heart of everything we do.
Budgets, targets, KPIs – they're all important in their own way, of course. Yet there’s one thing that’s more important than anything: making sure our customers have the best experience possible in the 15-30 stores you’ll be responsible for. That means your job won't start and end with making sure sales are tip-top. You'll get stuck into making sure our people are on top form too – so they can consistently deliver that exceptional service. That means inspiring, coaching, growing and driving the business and the people in it. Everything a great people and area manager like you loves doing.
This role, sometimes referred to as Area Manager, is certainly challenging, so you’ll already have all the fresh ideas, energy and commercial genius you need to pinpoint the things that make Vodafone valuable — and then do even more of them. We’re also looking for someone with great communication and planning skills who’s as ambitious, passionate and excited by innovation as we are.
