Our client, one of the most well established property group covering Hong Kong, PRC and all over the world, with main business in Property Development earned with a name in managing a wide portfolio of development projects, is looking for a talented M&E Director to be responsible for a number of super high rise mixed use project in China, Beijing/ Shanghai.
Job Description
You will be in charge of all M&E projects for the whole region with your contributions all through a wide diversity of projects, mainly on those icon high rise mixed use. As a regional head of M&E, you have to ensure you have the best motivated team, and all works are completed according to schedule, quality and cost as planned. You will work with all participating discipline leaders and external institutes and government authorities to ensure alignment with targets.
To be qualified, you need to be a Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, with min 15 years of relevant experience including experience in high rise mixed use projects in China. You should be able to review and work with drawings, reviewing the right technologies and techniques. You should have good command of both English and Mandarin. Professional qualifications are preferred.
