Regional HR Business Partner/Manager

My client, a logistics and supply chain company based across the UK, has a requirement for a Regional HRBP/Manager to join a small HR team.

This role will cover a variety of HR specialism’s including Employee Relations, Reward and Project Management, Including Research, Planning and Implementation. You will also cover Generalist HR aspects such as disciplinary and grievance and reviewing policy and procedure.

The role will also be regional covering the Midlands, Stoke and Stone, with occasional travel to Liverpool and other areas of the UK  .

You will need to have experience of dealing with in-depth industrial relations, including tribunals. You will also need to have managed and implemented company reward schemes including compensation and benefits, and have excellent project management skills to see a project from initial stages to completion. You should have specialised in employee relation or had a large focus on the above aspects in a generalist role.

The role could be offered on a 6 month contract or permanent basis depending on the requirements of the right candidate.

Salary 40k plus car or car allowance.
