Regional HR Advisor - South Yorkshire with travel - up to £28K

Our client is a fantastic retail brand with an enviable track record in their sector. Due to continued investment within HR they are now looking to appoint a Regional HR Advisor to support 2 x HRBPs in the Midlands & North.

Splitting you time between Leeds and the 150 stores within your patch, you will focus on providing a robust first line HR service to Store and Area Managers. Generalist in nature, your will provide first line support on all ER issues to include disciplinaries, grievance, attendance/absence, long term sick, occupational health and performance.

You will also support HRBPs and the Central Resourcing team with recruitment including preparing offer letters and contracts for Store Manager level recruits as well as setting up Store & Area Manager new starts onto the HR system.

You will also support Managers with the leavers process and help to generate HRMI for the HRBPs. Part of your role would also be to support the HRBPs with any HR project work which may include supporting with complex and escalated ER issues.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of a generalist HR role and in particular ER, from a retail environment. Ideally CPP or CIPD qualfied, you will have the drive and passion for retail and HR to ensure that this role is a success. You will need to show flexibility as extensive travel across the Midlands & North will be expected most likely 2-3 days a week
