REGIONAL DIRECTOR - Self Employed - SOUTH COAST AREA - UK - Bournmouth, Southampton, Portsmouth areas
I am looking for highly experienced, energetic and self driven individuals with a demonstrable track record of excellence and achievement, and who want to work in a collegiate environment with other like-minded professionals. The company is a highly successful one, and was founded in 2001, and is a market leader within their field.
Would ideally suit an ex MD/CEO or Company Director who has just sold a business and looking for the next challenge.
To support significant growth the company is looking for ambitious regional directors to build, lead and manage vertically integrated teams of Finance Directors to deliver the company's unique style of placing part time finance director service to mid-tier businesses.
The role will be to take full responsibility for the South Coast region and co-ordinate a central sales force, (BDM's - Business Development Managers) and telesales, who are already working within the territory. Note, BDM's convert leads and are given leads as well as converting their own.
You will be involved in ensuring client retention for the region, which will include client reviews, client retention, client journey - standards and extras, client attendance at regional marketing activity, e.g. event/seminars
The role is self employed, and there is basic salary salary of £3k per month, with on target earnings of £100k+. You are paid a commission on every interim FD that is placed and working in your area.
This role allows you to work from home.

Ability to create, maintain and leverage fee distribution preferably with pre-existing
locally established client base.
Empathy with and understanding of the role of a Financial Director ( As the business is about placing interim FD's, into small/medium businesses) The average contract for an interim FD is usually over one year.
Have a commercial background
Good presentation and communication skills
Able to develop a strong alignment to the Company's culture
