Permanent Position Ref. SMV11-78 :

Salary to ~£60K plus car, pension, bonus and healthcare.

Regional Director (Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor Background) - Southampton

Our client is one of the world’s leading construction project and cost management consultancies working at the forefront of the transport, property and industry sectors.

They are seeking someone from probably a Quantity Surveying and/or Project Management background who can, or is already,  operating at a Regional Director or similar senior level within a company of similar industry standing to our client’s organisation.

You will need to be chartered either RICS or CIOB -  this is essential.

You need to still be hand-on with your core skills (QS/PM) and work on projects, but be able to demonstrate the ability or existing track record to work operationally, manage a unit including P&L and man-management, and also demonstrate good business development skills along with a good personal client base and ability to win work.
