Leading and rapidly expanding modular construction company is looking to appoint a dynamic Regional Business Development Manager to help grow existing accounts and find new business in the South West of England.
This is highly successful and profitable company in its field with testimonials from companies in a range of sectors from Healthcare, Government, Healthcare , Retail , Residential , Military etc.
This company is growing fast and this position offer fast track development for the right candidate.
The ideal Regional Business Development Manager candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
- Demonstrable sales track record in construction sales ESSENTIAL -preferably off site modular constructions
- Clear understanding of the sales process
- At least 5-7 years relevant successful sales and business development experience (NOT product sales)
- Experience with selling to target decision makers such as Architects, Councils, Developers etc.
- Excellent and clear communication skills both written and verbal
- This Regional Business Development Manager must have good presentation skills.
- A relevant technical qualification at degree level is highly desirable
- Location: South West England. Ideally between Swindon and Bristol.
- Full UK driving licence
