We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Broking Director in South. The main purpose of this role is to support Commercial Insurance's objective to be the most effective broker in the Commercial Insurance Sector, based on professionalism, client focus and team working with colleagues in all other functions or specialist business units. The Broking Director has specific accountability for the broking of the portfolio of clients within their designated area and for the management and development of the broking staff reporting to them. The role also has supervisory responsibility for the broking aspects of the Client Project Manager and Client Service Advisor roles. As a Regional Broking Director your key responsibilities will include: Implement the CI broking strategy and procedures Manage all broking activities for portfolio of clients Manage trading relationships with insurers Analyse the insurance market and brief all CI staff as appropriate Improving the quality and efficiency of the broking process People Management Compliance with regulatory requirements and business procedures As a Regional Broking Director your key skills and experience will include: The ability to work effectively with colleagues in an environment where success often depends on influencing skill rather than direct control.
