Leading franchise group within the Middle-East with their head office in Dubai are currently looking to appoint a Regional Retail Operations Manager to ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, optimum stocking as well as increased customer satisfaction to drive business growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining other concepts such as visual merchandising aspects of the brand as well as sponsoring, mentoring and developing your team.
You will be responsible for all sales and commercial performance aspects for the hard-goods brand in relation to preparing sales budgets, maximising sales and profitability of the overall concept and deciding on productivity targets to be met. Inventory management and stock distribution will come under your remit, as you will be responsible for ensuring management of this side of things for the concept. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to drive growth of the brand through expansion within the territory, managing the roll out of new projects, researching and deciding on new property moving forward and locations. You will prepare and plan the territory operating plan and ensure effective delivery by project managing from conceptualisation to delivery.
We are looking for a strong retail area manager who has solid people management experience within a regional role. You will preferably come from a retail branded environment and will be available to relocate to Dubai for this exciting position moving forward.
