Job Description
As a Regional Accountant, you will be a fundamental part of the central finance team. You will be covering all aspects of financial management, from Management Accounts and budgeting to Financial Accounts and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Person Specification
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Assist with the preparation of the annual estimates of income and expenditure
- Obtain agreement of budgets and to monitor accounts against budgets.
- Use financial management information, especially benchmarking tools, to identify areas of relative spend and assess trends
- Prepare all financial returns
- Be the point of contact for all financial queries
- Ensure timely completion and review of balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce monthly management accounts, in a timely manner that is inside the prescribed deadlines, and to assist in the production of the monthly accounts pack.
