Recruitment/Trainee Recruitment Consultant- Construction, Southend On Sea
The Package:
Excellent basic salary of £12,876, plus a car allowance of £200 per 4-week period and an excellent OTE. The holiday entitlement starts at 20 days + Bank Holidays and there is Healthcare after 12 months probationary period.
Working Hours: 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday.

The Person Spec:
You will be responsible for developing business opportunities with new and existing clients through cold calling and face-to-face client visits. You need experience of business-to-business sales plus excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also need a tenacious proactive approach, be highly professional and have a full, clean driving licence.
