Recruitment Team Leader - Malaysia

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join us as a Team Leader.

We are expanding our Malaysian office and seek a Team Leader with a strong sales orientation. Although ideally the successful candidate will have Energy Recruitment experience we will consider all recruitment backgrounds.

This role will suit someone who has the drive and ambition to grow a strong team around them. We will consider candidates who have existing managerial experience and those Consultants that are looking to progress their career to the next level. Excellent communication skills and a successful performance history are essential.
