Recruitment/Sector Manager- Construction, Cambridge
The Package:
Excellent basic salary 25-30K depending on level of experience, plus an excellent OTE and car allowance. The holiday entitlement starts at 20 days + Bank Holidays There is Healthcare and a Pension Contribution avialable after a 12 months probationary period.
Working Hours: 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday.

The Person Spec:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, mentoring and training of your team to ensure they meet their targets. You will be highly influential and have the ability to motivate others while personally achieving successful billings on your own desk through proactive sales.
You need construction recruitment experience, management experience and a proven sales track record in recruitment .Also, you will need leadership skills, be highly professional, self motivated and driven to motivate your team to achieve the best results in a competitive market.
