Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator - Social Care

Our successful and hardworking team in Birmingham are looking for a Resourcer to support an established desk. Your duties will include-

• Providing general support to the office, consultants and senior management team to ensure the smooth running of the office and maximise billing potential
• Understanding the needs of our clients
• Build relationships with both clients and candidates
• Shift filling
• Screening candidates and matching to potential vacancies
• Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email
• Updating the internal recruitment database
• Dealing with general enquiries
• General admin and paperwork
• Searching online recruitment databases/job boards
• Putting together online advertisements to attract candidates
• Name gathering and headhunting candidates
• Organising interviews and briefing candidates
• Keeping candidates files up to date and in line with company standards
• Maintaining candidate training records
• Assisting with pay rolling temporary workers

We offer a basic salary of £14,000 - £15,200 depending on experience, and benefits including:
