Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Managing recruitment for both technical and non technical profiles across all levels
- Building relationships with line managers and guiding them through the recruitment process
- Ensuring mandates are approved prior to searching
- Liaising with agencies as and when required
- Working with the recruitment team to improve processes and procedures where applicable
Person Specification
Key Attributes Required:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 8 yrs experience in recruitment (Oil & Gas / Energy / Engineering)
- Western educated
- Mature approach to work and the ability to positively influence internal management
- Service driven with good stakeholder management experience
- Previous UAE work experience is preferable
