REED Human Resources is looking for our client, international FMCG company office based in Prague, an experienced RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST/MANAGER to join their HR department.
Job Description
A suitable candidate will be responsible for the complete agenda of recruitment in CEE region (CR, SR, HU). RECRUITMENT MANAGER will provide recruitment and coordinate cooperation with external suppliers, he/she will attend and coordinate AC, adaptation process, he/she will represent the company on jobfairs or various presentations, will deal with management of the company and will cooperate on various HR projects.
Person Specification
This vacancy is suitable for Recruitment Consultant/Manager with 5+ years of experience (hiring junior/senior roles, AC), University degree, previous experience from international environment and fluent English plus Czech languages are required, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work unsupervised. We are looking for a dynamic person with proactive approach, open to new ideas and approaches, willing to travel.
