Recruitment - Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - IT - Amsterdam

The Package:
Basic salary up to Euro 21,000 plus Commission to 25% no thresholds. Other benefits include: Free Gym Membership, Company Pension and a minimum of 25 days annual leave after a qualifying period.

The Recruitment Opportunity:
Working as an Entry Level/Trainee Recruitment Consultant the role will focus on both Permanent and Contracting recruitment across the European IT sector. You will be based in Amsterdam!!

This role invoices generating new business leads (Cold Calling) and developing existing client relationships.
Identifying, qualifying and closing suitable candidates.
Taking detailed job specifications.
Translating and posting job requirements into adverts to attract candidates.
Using sales skills to negotiate fees, salaries and close candidates/clients in all areas of the recruitment process.
Extensive planning and time management.

The Candidate Spec:
You will have worked within a sales (cold calling) environment and looking to build a career in recruitment within the Netherlands.
Desire to work in a highly competitive targeted sales environment. However our client will also consider pure Graduates who have just reached the work place !!
