Recruitment / Employer Engagement Consultant - Oxford
A leading national training provider who is a client of Morgan Hunt, seeks an Recruitment / Employer Engagement Consultant to work in Oxford and the surrounding area. We require someone to work on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities for the Recruitment / Employer Engagement Consultant will include:
* Engaging with SMEs to develop sustainable long term business relationships and identifying training needs and developing solutions
* Sourcing the apprenticeship placements for 16-18 year olds
The successful candidate for the Recruitment / Employer Engagement Consultant role will have the following
* A successful track record within business to business sales solutions
* Knowledge of Government/Regional/Local Funding Bodies and related funding streams
* Current full driving licence and own vehicle
Ideally you will have experience of either working in a government funded environment, or have experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant
