BASE £23,000 - £ 30,000 + COMMISSION

This growing specialist recruitment consultancy sources clients from a variety of technical sectors. They want to recruit experienced consultants who specialise in the technical sectors such as construction, oil, gas, aerospace, automotive, engineering, electronics and rail for their offices across the UK.

You will be working with both perm and contract candidates and will take on the full 360 recruitment role. This company are looking for a well organised, professional and articulate candidate with a persuasive telephone manner. You will be able to sell the company and yourself above other agencies, and must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with candidates. If you are self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards this company want to hear from you.

To join this company you will need -

• At least 12 months specialist recruitment experience in the technical sectors
• A successful billing record
• Achievements in winning and developing business
• The ability to hit the ground running
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
• To thrive in a sales environment
