BASE £20,000 - £25,000 + COMMISSION + BENEFITS

Our client is a market-leading Consultancy, operating both nationally and internationally, specialising in the search & selection of strategic management-level personnel. Increased demand for their services has created roles for additional experienced Resourcers & Consultants to join their large successful teams, dealing with both permanent & interim assignments, in the £35K-£100K salary range. 

The work is varied & challenging, working the full process as a Consultant with minimal business development, with focus on identifying the best talent and matching these candidates to the best vacancies. You will network effectively and gain referrals through building strong rapport. Resourcers will research the market and clients, as well as generating and screening potential candidates.

• Recruitment experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
• A good knowledge of the market
• A successful proven billing history
• A stable & consistent track record
• Excellent communication skills, face to face and over the phone
• To be driven, determined and charismatic
• A professional approach to your work
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A real flair for development business and maintaining relationships
