BASE £20,000 - £25,000 + FANTASTIC OTE + COMMISSION
This specialist Recruitment Consultancy has over 13 years experience providing expert recruitment solutions across all industry sectors; having built a strong reputation in the recruitment industry, they have a wealth of existing business, providing clear and simple recruitment solutions going that extra mile to offer a truly consultative and flexible service. They pride themselves on building strong relationships, striving to exceed expectations, to remain the supplier of choice and due to continued success and expansion they are looking to open an additional London office and are recruiting 4 Recruiters (3 contract and 1 perm) to help get the ball rolling!
In this role a lot of time will be dedicated to winning business, liaising with senior level contacts over the phone and building relationships with new and existing clients. You will also play a part in candidate generation, sourcing candidates for senior level Public Sector positions.
To join this forward thinking company you will need -
- At least 4 years Recruitment experience within a relevant sector - HR, IT, Financial services, Procurement or Telecoms would be preferred
- To be of graduate calibre
- Proven successful billings
- A stable consistent track record in recruitment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A real flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
- Energy, drive and determination to succeed in recruitment
- A good sense of humour
- Good time management and organisational skills
