BASE £30,000 - £35,000 + 20% COMMISSION

This company is part of a larger Group that is Europe's largest Technical recruitment agency, their turnover and profitability have grown 20% year-on-year. They offer the highest standard of recruitment services for contract and permanent staff across the full spectrum of industry sectors and a successfully implemented business strategy has seen them take market share in White Collar Construction, Rail, and IT.

They are now looking for experienced Consultants to develop their new Engineering and Oil & Gas desk within the business. Salaries will range between £60k to £150k, placing candidates in roles at executive and senior level. This will be a full 360 recruitment role with responsibility for all aspects, generating new business and establishing new vacancies, interviewing, identifying and submitting suitable candidates and liaising with key clients in order to drive business forward.
