BASE £24,000 - £32,000 + 20% COMMISSION

Founded in December 2005 by three experienced Recruitment, HR and business professionals our client has been growing steadily, and as they enter their 7th year of trading, they have established a pivotal position in the UK technical market. Operating nationally out of three northwest offices, the growth plan continues to be ambitious, with established credentials in ever increasingly diverse sectors and skills. They cover growth sectors, such as power & power generation, but still servicing in their core markets of engineering, construction, manufacturing and logistics. To support their expansion they now require experienced Consultants to join them.

You will be joining a warm desk, with great scope for development and the autonomy to really make it your own. You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, from resourcing and interviewing candidates to liaising and visiting clients and will be placing candidates in a variety positions. For the ambitious Consultant they will also offer you the opportunity to manage a team within 12 months.

To join this forward thinking company you will need -

• To have at least 2 years Recruitment experience in the Mechanical & Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Renewables sector.
• A strong network of contacts to bring with you
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A real flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
• Proven successful billings
• A consistent and stable track record in recruitment
• The confidence and motivation to excel in this opportunity
• To demonstrate a hard working and ambitious attitude
