BASE £22,000 - £30,000 + 30 % COMMISSION

Our client is a European executive Recruitment Company that provides bespoke recruitment solutions for the IT Sales market place including; IT Outsourcing, BPO, IT Services, Technology and consulting Sales. They have an extremely experienced management team that has recruited at board level and strategically consulted on behalf on many FTSE 100 organisations for decades. They are now offering talented Consultants the opportunity to join their team within IT Sales.

This is a pivotal role within a fast growing organisation with excellent opportunities for progression. They require Consultants to show their ability to hit the ground running and maximise your desk revenue. You must have strong business development and candidate generation ability along with the passion to succeed in all you do. The average fee is £30k on salaries ranging between £100k and £350k and this company reward their high billers with an excellent remuneration package! 

To join this company you will need -

• At least 6 months Recruitment experience
• Outstanding communication skills
