BASE £20,000 - £24,000 + COMMISSION

There are now opportunities for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their Southampton office in both the Contracts & Perms teams - This will be the full recruitment cycle You will be focussing on placements within the IT sector, with scope to specialise depending on your own expertise, you will make placements at all levels and with full autonomy to develop your desk you will be expected to bill at least £12K per month once established. 

To join this forward thinking company you will need -

• At least 12 months Recruitment experience within the IT market
• A consistent stable track record in recruitment
• Proven successful billings
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A flair for business development
• To be a team player
