The role is hard to define - other than a challenging mix of marketing, consulting, advertising, business development, in short a highly entrepreneurial business where you can determine your own career path. This position will be with the Southampton Finance team who have enjoyed tremendous growth in the recent past and have grown revenues by circa 60% in the last 2 years. This is a high profile position offering tremendous scope in terms of Geography, seniority or work,covering both permanent and temporary assignments and will suit a self motivated individual who enjoys working in an autonomous capacity.
Suitable candidates need not have worked in recruitment or sales previously, but must enjoy working in a client facing role which will test your communication skills and entrepreneurial nous on a daily basis. An understanding of the finance and accounting industry would be ideal (but not essential), but you must have high energy levels, bags of initiative and a strong work ethic, coupled with a keen sense of fun.
