As a Consultant, you will be managing your own client portfolio and your role will be heavily involved in developing new and existing business in the area.
Job Description
Your Role:
•Recruit for Multinational IT, Gaming, Shared Service Centres, BPO, Contact/Call Centres and Insurance companies for mid to senior positions which require specific language skills.
•Identify, develop and manage client business / relationships by phone and face to face meetings. This can be with businesses of all sizes from global multinationals down to rapidly growing SME’s.
•Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment and advice on suitable methods to ensure timely delivery.
•Build relationships with candidates and clients.
•Source suitable candidates through various sources (CV search engine databases, social media, referrals, networking and use of the global Reed database) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client.
•Marketing activity including creating and sending out eshots and mailers to targeted companies and candidates.
Person Specification
Your Profile:
•We are looking for sales motivated candidates who are ambitious, results driven and enjoy dealing with people. Recruitment experience is beneficial however a previous proven track record in developing new and existing business is more important.
