Prestige Nursing + Care is a national nursing and care agency and we are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Blackpool Branch.
The role: Responsible for providing a comprehensive service for designated client groups. Developing this business to meet targets defined by the Branch Manager whilst achieving qualitative and legislative standards.
This involves the following major responsibilities;

Business development and marketing activities in conjunction with the Branch Manager to identify and secure new business within the designated client groups.

Organise and undertake home care assessments, identifying client needs, and preparing a care plan with risk assessment.

Receiving bookings from homecare clients.

Allocating appropriate care staff to carry out homecare assignments.

Briefing staff on the care plan and other client requirements

Arranging new member interviews.

Continuous recruitment activity to meet client requirements

Member retention activities

Efficient and timely placement of nursing and care staff.
Applicants should have a Homecare/healthcare recruitment background and ideally experience with rotas. As our homecare clients are located over a wide area, a car owner/driver is essential.
The role is both challenging and rewarding.
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
