My client is a market leader in sales and marketing professionals and is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and driven consultant to come in and take over a desk with existing business. Previous sales recruitment experience is not essential, however you must be able to show that you have experience in a target driven recruitment or sales environment, and want to work in an environment which works to KPIS and targets.

The 360 consultants role they are offering involves contacting potential clients and candidates and matching them up for sales and marketing positions. The average salary bracket is £20k-£40k and you will be targeted in revenue generated. As they are an established company they have a mature database and an opportunity for you to work on existing business and build and develop new relationships.
