Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is primarily a sales role where you will be cold calling clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and pitching your services to those clients. You will also be maintaining relationships with existing clients, finding and screening suitable candidates and managing the interview and offer process.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment including:
- Researching and establishing new sales leads with companies within the IT and/or Engineering sectors
- Cold calling organisations within the IT and Engineering sector to establish a relationship and bring on new jobs to recruit for
- Establishing and managing relationships with hiring managers and HR in order to grow the Company brand and pitch recruitment services and solutions
- Source, select and pre-screen suitable candidates for roles
- Managing CV`s sent to clients, through to the interview and offer stage
- Ensuring strong relationship management with both clients and candidates

About the incentives…
Incentives include a strong commission structure (uncapped and without a threshold), with a very high earning potential! In your first year you could realistically earn between £35k and £55k (OTE), but exceed your targets and you could earn much more, recent success stories include first year recruiters earning over £80k!
Further incentives include deal bonuses for every placement made in your first 6 months, car incentives, company lunches at some of the best restaurants in the city, and holiday incentives for top recruiters every quarter (recently successful recruiters have been to Dubai, Marbella….).
