My client is a growing independent recruitment consultancy based in Leeds covering the Medical sales markets. Due to expansion they are currently seeking to recruit a new consultant for their growing consultancy.
You will be recruited to come in and develop a specialist desk placing Sales Professionals into permanent and contract roles. Our client will look at candidates with current recruitment experience (commercial or professional) or Graduate level candidates wanting to break into recruitment who have a quality sales ability and experience of outbound, business to business sales . You must have a confident, professional phone manner, self motivation, heaps of drive and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
You will be joining a warm and friendly team environment and will be given training and support to grow your desk in order to assist you achieving excellent commission.
