BASE £25,000 - £30,000 + UP TO 50% COMMISION + OTE £70k

Our client is a Health and Social Care Recruitment agency, specialising in placing qualified candidates into permanent positions within health and social care organisations throughout the UK. With extensive experience in this market, and an enviable client list, they are able to source and fill the most sought after roles in this exciting sector.

Working on a warm desk you will be placing managers and directors with salaries up to £100k. As a Recruiter in their London office you will join an established team and build on a long history within the sector. Your initial brief will be to maximise current accounts, create new revenue openings and deliver an exemplary service as they are mainly PSL driven. You will also have fantastic business development ability to ensure the business grows; you won't be KPI monitored and have excellent billing ability. They offer a superb team around you who focus on much of the research work to support you fully. To join this forward thinking company you will need -

• At least 12 months Recruitment experience in Social Care
• AND with Perm candidates
• Drive and ambition
• Professional creditability
• Fantastic communication skills, face to face and over the phone
• Proven successful billings, at least £10k a month
• A consistent track record in recruitment
