BASE £20,000 - £28,000 + EXCELLENT COMMISSION + OTE £55K (IN 1ST YR)

This professional Technical Recruitment agency is looking to expand their team.  Full autonomy given and lots of flexibility, you will run your desk like your own business with excellent infrastructure and working environment. Operating in areas including Technical, Engineering and Sales, their strength in the market comes from the unique understanding of their clients' requirements, together with the ability to provide the services as promised.

You will be taking on the full recruitment process, you will be generating leads, sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates, managing any warm business as well as bringing new clients on board, maximising sales and driving the division forward. Working perm and contract business across the Sales sectors you will be placing experienced candidates at various levels, covering a number of verticals within Technical and Engineering markets.  You will be given full autonomy in developing your desk and increasing revenue and will have plenty of opportunity to maximise your earning potential.

To join this forward thinking company you will need -

  • 3 years Recruitment experience in the Sales, Technical, Engineering, IT or Communication sectors
  • Degree educated
  • A consistent stable track record in recruitment - no job hoppers!
  • Good sector knowledge
  • Proven successful billings
  • To be a confident, self motivated and dedicated individual
  • A professional and pro-active approach to your work
  • A talent for developing business and maintaining relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills
