The Vacancy:
Due to expansion and more demand from our clients Synergize has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in one of the UK's fastest growing IT organisations. We are presently going through a period of rapid expansion and this role will coincide will a move to a new office move to a premier location in the town centre. The role will involve sourcing suitable candidates for Global IT Companies within the public and private sector. You will receive full onsite training and a fully paid offsite training course prior to starting the role. Candidates will need to be motivated, keen to succeed and have an awareness of the IT or recruitment sector. New graduates would be welcomed. The role will involve assisting our account managers on some of our major accounts within the IT recruitment market. As a business, we currently provide recruitment solutions to global companies and we need resourcers / trainee recruitment consultants who can deliver the right candidates to our clients.
This is a HOT desk where the vacancies come to you! No cold calling to clients required as you are working with clients that Synergize are preferred suppliers too.
The role of a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant is demanding and a highly rewarding customer focused sales role. The Principal duties for the role are as follows:
1) Receive job specs and liaise with Management to ensure you possess a good understanding of the clients business need.
2) Advertise vacancies and manage candidate responses
3) Pro actively resource suitable candidates
4) Manage the process on the candidate side through to placement stage
Ideally you will be of degree calibre or equivalent, this role would suit someone who is self- motivated and able to work on their own initiative. For this vacancy it is also important you are naturally persuasive, resilient, have excellent customer service skills, can work in a team and have strong communications skills as you will be communicating with managers, directors and candidates at all levels.
