£15000 Basic + Bonus OTE £40K +

You will be working with a team of Highly experienced professional recruiters, you will be in good company where you will thrive in a positive environment and develop your skills in the art of recruitment by working alongside the best in the industry. In 2011 our Top Performing Recruitment Consultants earned in excess of £60,000pa - This is a real opportunity to join a hugely successful privately owned business which has grown continuously since 2003.
The successful candidate will be immaculately presented, articulate and well educated. Computer literacy, a strong sales background and the ability to demonstrate success in previous roles is essential. We require highly motivated, confident individuals with the ambition, drive and determination to be the best at what they do.
The Recruitment Consultant role requires a proactive approach to business development of both new and existing clients, candidate generation, interview and selection, candidate management and strong negotiation skills.
