The Package:
Basic salary 18-25K + OTE with 21 days annual leave, a Stakeholder Pension/Contributory Pension after 2 years, Bupa Healthcare after 2 years and Death in Service from the moment you are employed.

The Person Spec:
Our client is currently seeking a Permanent Recruiter to join their long-standing and well established Accountancy division based in Glasgow.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Accountancy recruitment and have good business to business sales exposure. Attention to detail is critical - this client seeks to ensure that the reputation that has been developing since 1987 is maintained and strengthened. Strong networking, persuasion and negotiating skills are essential, as is a credible work ethic. As a Successful Recruiter in Accountancy Recruitment, you will have a natural flair for spotting new business opportunities and maximising on those, highly competitive and willing to go the extra mile in order to secure the results. You should have an ambitious attitude and passion for success. Our client is interested in highly motivated and tenacious individuals who are keen to work in a supportive and positive environment.
