My clients are a successful and growing recruitment consultancy specialising in Construction, Defence, Space, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical devices, IT and Utilities. They cover all vertical markets within and can provide the most varying recruitment solutions. Established in 1971, they work throughout the North of England and Europe providing software engineers, space scientists, GIS experts and the like to well known brands and exclusive organisations. Offering contract and permanent positions they tailor their business to the needs of their clients and candidates. Providing psychometric testing allows them to give their clients a fully formed picture of the skills and traits of the candidate and also provides guidelines for improvement in their candidates. As a company they are determined to excel expectations and with over 30 years of knowhow, they never fall short of the mark.

They are currently recruiting for an IT consultant to join the team on an existing desk. As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will be familiar with all aspects of recruitment and will be capable of a full 360 role. Preferably from an IT background with good sector knowledge you will excel under pressure and will be a dedicated business developer. My clients would consider strong and proven consultants from other professional backgrounds. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to form strong relationships quickly and continue high standards to ensure these relationships endure. You will be target focused and eager to over achieve, hard working and will possess good time management abilities. This is a fun and focused working environment and you will endeavour to go with the flow of your team but will have the initiative to strike out on your own. Ultimately you will be a money hungry individual who thrives on a challenge and desires acclaim.
