As a result of the growth of the business they are now recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team on an IT desk.

You must have a recruitment background with an in-depth knowledge of IT recruitment, preferably with permanent IT. This will be a 360 role where you will be responsible for handling all aspects of IT recruitment. You must be able to communicate with integrity and confidence at all times and will be an experienced business developer with strong negotiation skills. You will possess an over developed appetite for making money and a hard working attitude, able to process several tasks at once, you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment. As a Recruitment Consultant you must be highly organised and will work well under pressure, able to meet targets and prioritise your workload.
