RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - IT (PERM)

BASE £20,000 - £25,000 + 15% COMMISSION

This group is made up of several recruitment consultancies, each focusing and specialising within a specific market and developing a business model around existing and new developing markets. This will be a full 360 recruitment role, you will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, resourcing and prepping them for interview, managing and existing accounts as well as generating new business, developing relationships with key clients in order to maximise sales and drive business forward. Working within the IT sector you will be expected to hit the ground running, making perm placements in generalist IT positions. You will have full autonomy to develop your desk as long as you are generating business and driving sales forward. 

To be considered for this role you will need - 

• 6 months Recruitment experience within the IT sector
• All the personal characteristics essential to liaise with high-end personnel
• A stable consistent track record
• Proven successful billings
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A flair for business development
• Time management and organisational skills
